Amy Devin focuses her practice on real estate and commercial transactions with an emphasis on affordable housing and community redevelopment. Amy represents developers, lenders, buyers, and sellers in a variety of matters relating to real estate development. She has significant experience in project development and construction, purchase and sale transactions, low-income tax credits, commercial leases, affordable housing and community redevelopment. In her commercial transaction practice, Amy regularly advises individuals and business owners on issues relating to financing, acquisitions, sales, leasing, business structuring, and corporate governance. Amy currently serves as a member of the board of the Maine Affordable Housing Coalition and is involved in a number of local school volunteer activities. She lives in Portland and enjoys spending her free time with her family.
