Nate joined Avesta in 2019 as a development officer. Nate also worked as a multifamily underwriter and tax credit administrator for MaineHousing. There he oversaw projects from application to completion ensuring their financial solvency and regulatory compliance. Nate graduated from George Washington University and has a Masters in International Affairs: Conflict Studies from the London School of Economics. Nate is also a certified tax credit underwriter with the National Development Council’s Rental Housing Development Financial Professional (RHDFP) program.
