Sherrin leads the asset management of 260 properties and 10,000 households. Her responsibilities include portfolio performance, regulatory compliance, analysis and reporting and staff development. She brings 26 years’ experience in management and market-rate and affordable property management. She is the president of the Maine Real Estate Manager’s Association and has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Merrimack College.
