Membership Program

The Maine Affordable Housing Coalition Membership Program unites organizations and leaders across Maine’s housing ecosystem to solve one of the most urgent issues facing our state. Through unified policy advocacy, collaborative learning, and regional partnerships, our members turn shared vision into scalable housing solutions.

Membership Benefits

  • Staff Development: Membership status for all members of staff, which includes free access to MAHC Member Meetings, discounted or free admission to forums, conferences, trainings, and other events for staff. 
  • Elevated Visibility: Announcement of new membership at first MAHC Member Meeting and in MAHC Newsletter (~6,000 recipients)
  • Ongoing Promotion: Promotion of organizational events and accomplishments through MAHC media channels
  • Membership Directory: Listing in the MAHC Membership Directory 

Annual Dues

Membership dues are determined based on organization type, employee count, and number of housing units owned, managed, or invested in, if applicable. To determine your membership tier, click the Join Now button below and enter your organization’s information.

Note: The MAHC Membership Year begins and ends on July 1st. For new members, a discount of 25% will be provided after January 1st and a discount of 50% will be provided after April 1st. When a member signs up after May 16th, dues for the next membership year will be added to the payment. Schedule discounts only apply to dues for the current membership year, membership for the next year is due in full.
